Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All WYSIWYG merchandise is custom printed to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order — so if there’s a defect, we’ll make it right.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item:

Once we verify the problem, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Please double-check your size, color, and design selection before submitting your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return or refund is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t begun. After that time, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order.

Shipping returns
